I have just started using OxyElite as part of my whey protien, creatine, and myoplex lite meal replacement plan (replace one meal a day with a bar) I also combine it with my lean diet of turkey, chicken, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, etc. (super low fat) I have not only seen the weight start to come off, I have built great muscle tone with a cardio, chest, arms, and ab workout at HOME…for free. Not at a gym. It works great and I will be refering friends as well. Also, to those of you who think that you are going to just eat McDonald’s and take this pill to cancel out your 56 grams of fat in the Big Mac, it doesn’t work that way. It takes a responsible diet as well as consistency in training. THANKS!

I started taking this product four days ago, the first day I just took one and the workout was still pretty tough for me. But day two I took two pills in the am like a FOOL!!! I was in my bed praying to my savior for five hours!! But as stubborn as I am I took one the next day, ate a breakfast, and worked out through the morning. I didn’t feel the nausea and I had a great powerful workout. (I usually workout with Jillian and then run on the treadmill). I have lost like three pounds in four days and can’t wait to see the end result. Don’t give up the price is high for a reason. I am nearly 24 years old and have one child. I have struggled with my weight since I was around 12 years old, I have never been able to shift it.

As of Monday the 16th of August 2010 I started a new diet using Oxyelite (which was recommended to me at a local supplement store – was told as soon as they are in stock they are pretty much sold out, which made me feel very confident about buying it), protein shakes and a low carb and sugar diet as wel as walking/jogging 3km a day.

I started off at 87.3kg 7 days later am sitting at 84.2kg.

By Wednesday 18th of August I had lost 1kg

Thursday 19th of August – another 400grams

Friday 20th of August – 100grams

Saturday 21st of August – 700grams

Sunday (today) 22nd of August another 900grams!!!

So in 7 days I have lost 3.1kg, my BMI has been reduced from 32.05 to 30.75 I cannot believe how fast these results are!! I find Oxyelite gives me a great energy boost as with no carbs or sugar at the moment my body is going through a rough time but I am amazed at how good I am feeling and how much energy I have. My mood has actually improved as well after being told diets like the one I am currently on can have negative effects on your mood, I don’t feel I am suffering mood wise at all.

These pills have given me the motivation to really have a good go at weight loss and everyday I am seeing more and more results. I will not stop taking Oxyelite anytime in the near future. 1. Twinlab CLA Fuel

CLA is one of the best supplements out there. In fact, IMO it is the closest thing to a “magic pill” available. Their Men’s and Women’s formula’s come as close to being like real food as any vitamin you’ll find.

GNC Mega Men and Women’s Ultra Mega

Say what you want about GNC, but they do know how to make a very good multivitamin. While they aren’t entirely natural, they are the best of the budget vitamins coming in at around $10/month. Both the men’s and women’s formulas have nice ratios of key ingredients and a mixture of other nutrients that really seem to boost energy and immune system.

The dietary supplement OxyELITE Pro™ was recently investigated using a placebo controlled, double-blind, cross-over design for safety & efficacy at a Tier-1 Research University within the United States.

Study #1

In this study, six healthy men and six healthy women reported to the laboratory after a 10-hour overnight fast and ingested either two capsules of a placebo or OxyELITE Pro™, on two different occasions, separated by three days. Before and at 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after ingestion of the assigned conditions, heart rate and blood pressure were measured.

In addition, breath samples were collected from subjects for determination of energy expenditure and substrate utilization (e.g., carbohydrate and fat). Blood samples were collected before and at 60 and 120 minutes post ingestion of the conditions.

Preliminary results indicated that OxyElite Pro ™ may be useful as one component of an effective weight/fat loss program.

Pretty awesome! I always like to see double blind, placebo controlled studies that study an actual product instead of just one ingredient from a product (Muscle Tech seems pretty bad about that in my opinion). If you ever read the actual studies like the ones other companies cite, most of the time, the amount used in the study is much larger than the one in the actual product.
