I just started taking oxyelite pro about 2 weeks ago, I do a ton of walking and run around in a kitchen all day (I am a chef), so not only does it keep my enegry levels up through the work day and night, but curbs my appetite so that I am not trying everything I make. I have lost about 8 pounds already (in 2 weeks!!) So, hopefully adding additional workout sessions will add onto my weightloss goals! I highly reccommend this product, but please, make sure you clear it with your doctor first, it does elevate your heart rate some, its just a reccommened precation.
