Supplements to Take With Oxyelite Pro Pt.1
This will be part one of an ongoing series profiling other supplement you may wish to take with Oxyelite. These should complement the Oxyelite nicely, and should help you reach your goals even faster! As always, this is my opinions only, and you should always check with your Dr. first!
1. Twinlab CLA Fuel
CLA is one of the best supplements out there. In fact, IMO it is the closest thing to a “magic pill” available. Derived from safflower seeds, it is both safe and effective. The one thing that you must be aware of if you are considering taking CLA, though, is that it takes a while to work. Most people report the first effects during the 2nd month of taking it. If you are willing to stick it out, though, it is well worth it. It has no stimulants, so you can safely stack it with Oxyelite to get instant results, while the CLA’s effects build.
2. An Excellent Multivitamin
If you take an excellent multivitamin, your body will do what you want it to better. And if you don’t already know, Centrum and One-A-Day just don’t make the cut… They are filled with synthetics and fillers, and the companies that make them should be embarrassed of their product IMO. There are tiers of multivitamins, and it’s hard to find a truly natural one for under $30 month. Here I will list the top 3, one from each price range:
Damage Control Master Formula Vitamins, Minerals & More by Primal Nutrition
These are the best vitamins I’ve ever encountered, and the price shows… With that said, it’s hard to go back to any other vitamin after you have tried this one. It’s a lot of pills for one day and it has old-school packaging, but it’s pretty insane how well this stuff works… Damage Control is king of all multivitamins.
New Chapter Men’s and Women’s Vitamins
New Chapter would have to be my second favorite supplement company behind USP Labs. Their vitamins are entirely organic and you can really feel the effects. While not as strong as the Damage Control Master Formula, they are still some of the most potent vitamins out there. Their Men’s and Women’s formula’s come as close to being like real food as any vitamin you’ll find.
GNC Mega Men and Women’s Ultra Mega
Say what you want about GNC, but they do know how to make a very good multivitamin. While they aren’t entirely natural, they are the best of the budget vitamins coming in at around $10/month. Both the men’s and women’s formulas have nice ratios of key ingredients and a mixture of other nutrients that really seem to boost energy and immune system.
That’s it for this installment; next time, I’ll be covering protein and omega 3′s. I’ll try to answer any questions you have in the comments.
