I have just started using OxyElite as part of my whey protien, creatine, and myoplex lite meal replacement plan (replace one meal a day with a bar) I also combine it with my lean diet of turkey, chicken, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, etc. (super low fat) I have not only seen the weight start to come off, I have built great muscle tone with a cardio, chest, arms, and ab workout at HOME…for free. Not at a gym. It works great and I will be refering friends as well. Also, to those of you who think that you are going to just eat McDonald’s and take this pill to cancel out your 56 grams of fat in the Big Mac, it doesn’t work that way. It takes a responsible diet as well as consistency in training. THANKS!

I started taking this product four days ago, the first day I just took one and the workout was still pretty tough for me. But day two I took two pills in the am like a FOOL!!! I was in my bed praying to my savior for five hours!! But as stubborn as I am I took one the next day, ate a breakfast, and worked out through the morning. I didn’t feel the nausea and I had a great powerful workout. (I usually workout with Jillian and then run on the treadmill). I have lost like three pounds in four days and can’t wait to see the end result. Don’t give up the price is high for a reason. I would encourage anyone to keep going on this, it’s all about will power people!!!
